The medium studio was cozy with a comfy bed and a nice lil kitchenette that had everything i needed. Loved the little extras like coffee and good snacks. Check-in was super easy with the code system, and the air conditioning worked great! Location was also good, with tons of cafes and shops nearby, felt safe with the staff around.

The sound isolation could've been better, heard the tram rollin by at night. Cleanliness was okay but noticed some dusty spots.

Friendly place, we did not want to leave.

The hotel was fairly clean with amazing staff both at the hotels excellent restaurant as well the the different receptionists. We all enjoyed relaxing and beautiful room with visually attractive bed, big bathroom plus balcony: D

The room was lekker spacious and the comfy mattress was flipping awesome for a good night's sleep. Had a nice view from the balcony while enjoying my morning coffee. Plus, the team sorted me out with everything I needed.

But ag man, the sound from the street was a bit much sometimes, especially with the trams rolling by.

The hotel is friendly and atmospheric and in a fab location in a lovely area that feels more local than you would expect. There are many comfy and relaxing rooms. The beds are soft and the staff is wonderful and amazing. It offers impeccable service. There is the point to say that free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. Thank you very much for providing us with a fantastic stay.
